After a long time, Argentine basketball legend Emanuel Ginóbili gave an interview, sharing stories that had a significant impact on his brilliant career in the complex NBA.

He recalled the day he caught a bat during a game with the San Antonio Spurs. "It gave me a lot of credibility with the Under-12 team... for them, it didn't matter that I was a champion; nothing was more important than me catching that bat," Ginóbili said.

At the end of the anecdote, the "flying Argentine," as NBA commentators nicknamed him, shared a funny detail: "I wanted to hand it to someone, but he waved me away and made a gesture like, 'Get lost, are you crazy?'"

Ginóbili also remembered his father, Jorge "Yuyo" Ginóbili. "For me, he was a hero... what he did for Bahiense is incredible, he sacrificed family time to dedicate himself to the club," the basketball player said, holding a photograph.

He explained that his father, despite his position and duties, was a "very present father." He made enemies but took all the children to games and was deeply committed to the young players.

Additionally, Ginóbili shared his thoughts on his former teammate with the San Antonio Spurs and the Argentine national team, Fabricio Oberto. "Sometimes random people come up to me and say, 'Fabri is a phenomenon,' and I think, 'Where did you meet him? You're a cameraman in Milwaukee, how the hell do you know Fabri and say he's a good guy?'" Ginóbili said.

In closing, he made a powerful statement about his ex-teammate: "He was attentive to everything... it wasn't the same team with Fabri as it was without Fabri." He emphasized that Oberto "gave everything for the club and the family."
